Our friends at Mountain Mist stepped up when we needed help. Our police escort that we thought was going to be provided by the Washington State Patrol fell through. So we contacted Pierce County’s finest…and asked if they provided contracted traffic control support.
They did. Not free. But hey…we want to go big right. The tab was going to be $900.00! Mountain Mist contacted us about getting involved in a big way with Fit For A Cause…and they immediately offered to pick up the tab to pay for the police escort! So we have 5 officers/cars from the Pierce County Sheriff’s Department that will be escorting us to Cheney Stadium.
You are not going to want to miss this!! Thanks a bunch to the deputies that will be helping out and THANKS TO MOUNTAIN MIST FOR MAKING IT POSSIBLE!
