Pastor Dennis Cummins jumped into the “FFC pool” head first when we asked him if he would host our FFC1 grand finale on June 19th. I didn’t know Pastor Dennis before Fit For A Cause and our introduction was me showing up at his church and asking if they would like to be a finale host. Nice huh?
But Pastor Dennis didn’t hesitate when he said yes. But they provided MUCH more. They provided some great video work for FFC1, had their band play at the finale (they ROCKED) and had the event streaming live on the internet for all to watch from wherever they were in the world.

Upon our finale ending Pastor Dennis said they wanted to be involved and host the FFC2 finale as well. And not once have they requested any payment from us for any of their involvement. They just want to be involved in the South Hill community…and we appreciate them for everything they do.
And if you’re looking for a church home I would recommend giving them a visit. Sherri and I and our kids have been regulars since the FFC1 finale.
